Care Instructions

• Avoid dishwasher.

• Don’t allow the piece to soak for long time.
• Wash it with the mild liquid dish soap.
• Use a soft brush or sponge to wash.
• Wash immediately and keep on stove to bone dry.
• Give a thin coat of any vegetable oil.
• Store carefully away from water.
• In a couple months of regular use, you might not need to coat with oil.
• If you notice rust (which is highly unlikely in well maintained ones), wash off the rust, apply a healthy coat of vegetable oil and keep on stove top for about 10 minutes on regular flame. Wipe and store after it cools.
